As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are exempt from federal income tax and are able to receive tax-deductible contributions. Our non-profit status allows us to focus on our mission and maximize the impact of our programs and services on the communities we serve. We take pride in our commitment to transparency and accountability, and are dedicated to using our resources in a responsible and effective way to achieve our charitable goals.

At Building Black Leaders, we recognize the systemic barriers that Black individuals face in society, and we strive to provide the resources and support necessary to overcome these challenges. Young Entrepreneurship Training

The Young Entrepreneurship Training is a comprehensive program designed for aspiring young entrepreneurs who want to learn the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to start and grow their own business. This program is aimed at individuals who are between the ages of 18-30 and have a strong desire to become successful entrepreneurs.

The Dress to Impress Program is a training program designed to teach individuals how to dress professionally and make a positive impression in the workplace. The program is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how to dress for success and present themselves in a way that reflects professionalism, confidence, and competence.
